How do I choose the right size?

We recommend checking our Size Guide before placing your order. Every body is different, and we design with real women in mind — not just standard sample sizes.

What sizes do you offer?

We currently offer sizes from XS to XXL.

I’m between sizes. What should I do?

If you prefer a more fitted look, size down. For a more relaxed fit, size up. Still unsure? Reach out to us and we’ll help you find your perfect fit.

Will sold-out products be restocked?

Some of our bestsellers may return, but many pieces are limited edition. Follow us on Instagram @namaste__baddie for updates.

Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we’ll do our best to help. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are typically delivered within 3–7 business days depending on your location.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes, COD is available on selected pin codes across India.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship within India only. International shipping will be launching soon.

We accept returns within the specified return window, provided items are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

Are sale items eligible for return?

No. Sale items and intimates are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Can I exchange my order for another size?

Yes. Exchanges are accepted for eligible products in original, unworn condition.

How do I start a return or exchange?

How long do refunds take?

Refunds are processed to your original payment method after inspection of the returned item.
